Governance
Globally Connected is a refugee-led organization guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and a diverse Steering Committee, ensuring strategic direction, accountability, and community participation. Our governance model was shaped through a participatory process in 2019, reflecting our commitment to inclusive decision-making and transparent leadership.
The Board of Directors oversees governance, strategy, and financial integrity, supporting the CEO and ensuring the organization fulfills its mission and legal responsibilities. The Steering Committee, composed of members from different countries, focuses on long-term planning, implementation oversight, and network representation.
